Plenary: Identity, Improvement and Interconnectedness

This session will focus on the opportunity for districts to forge and communicate a new identity after the disruption caused by prolonged school closure.  Participants will explore how to use the lessons learned to impact who you will become as districts, as leaders and as teachers. The session will emphasize the interconnectedness of people, systems and routines to increase your chances of long-term success improving student learning.
