Leadership Network – Building Principals

Network sessions are face-to-face opportunities to learning with and from your Blueprint installing colleagues in similar roles to your own. All network events in 2018-2019 take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Lansing. We encourage and hope that you will attend all of the scheduled network meetings in the series, but certainly understand when your responsibilities in the district prevent you from doing so. Materials distributed in the Network Series are published electronically in the Statewide Field Team’s Online Warehouse.
The Leadership Network – Building Principals will further extend a leader’s learning around instructional leadership and building routines in the Blueprint for Systemic Reconfiguration by extending his/her current understanding of the Blueprint and gain insights from other Building Principals in Blueprint installing districts across the State of Michigan. Leaders may engage in theoretical understandings, practical application, barrier identification and barrier removal, lessons learned, and celebrate successes.
There are three dates in the series for 2018-2019. Registration is handled for each individual session separately. You can register at any time for all four sessions or you can register for them throughout the school year.
